    Scanned back, shipped

    The signed package is scanned back to your office, then ships to your instructions. You get the tracking number when it goes out.

What counties do you serve?
Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, and Manatee counties are covered routinely. Pasco and Sarasota are available by arrangement. Remote online notarization (RON) has no distance restriction.
How do I send a signing package?
Email the package to sam@notaryelite.us or assign the order through your signing platform. Include the signer’s name, address, and appointment window. A confirmation with the exact fee and time comes back to you in writing.
Is remote online notarization (RON) available?
Yes. Florida RON is active and conducted through BlueNotary. Pricing is quoted per file — contact sam@notaryelite.us for the current rate before placing the order.
Are weekend and evening appointments available?
Weekend appointments are available; check the booking calendar for open slots. After-hours appointments carry a premium stated on the booking page before you confirm.
What is included in the vendor packet?
The vendor packet covers the published fee schedule, order intake instructions, invoicing terms, and credential certificates (commission, E&O, NNA background check) for your vendor file. Request it at sam@notaryelite.us.
