Please read these terms carefully before using our notary services.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Notary Elite Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Notary Elite Services LLC provides mobile notary services including:
- Mobile notary services throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding Florida counties
- Loan signing services
- Remote Online Notarization (RON) services
- General notarization of documents
- Real estate closing document notarization
Notary Limitations
Please understand that as a notary public:
- We cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents
- We cannot notarize documents if the signer is not present (except for RON)
- We cannot notarize documents if we have reason to believe the signer is not acting willingly
- We cannot notarize documents if proper identification is not provided
- We must refuse notarization if we have personal interest in the transaction
Identification Requirements
Florida law requires all signers to present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms include:
- Driver's license or state ID
- U.S. Passport or Passport Card
- Military ID
- Other government-issued ID with photo and signature
Appointment Policy
- Scheduling: Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
- Cancellation: Please provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be rescheduled.
- Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply based on location and distance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For loan signings arranged through signing services or title companies, payment terms are determined by the hiring party.
Limitation of Liability
Notary Elite Services LLC maintains Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for the content of documents notarized or for any consequences arising from the use of those documents.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All notarial acts are performed in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
