- Terms
- Net-30 is available on request. Say so with the vendor packet request and it is written into the packet.
- Payment
- Card, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App are accepted. Signers paying at the table can also pay cash.
- Paperwork
- The vendor packet covers rates, order intake, and invoicing in one document, with the W-9 and the credential certificates for your vendor file.
How the client portal works.
Sign inStep 1
Open an account
Accounts are opened by invitation. Ask for one with the vendor packet request, and sign in with your work email once it is set up.
Step 2
Place the order
Signer name, property or meeting address, the appointment window, and the package. You get the fee and the confirmed time back in writing.
Step 3
Follow it
Each appointment shows its current status in the portal, and confirmations also go to your email, so nothing depends on logging in.
Put Sam on the approved list.
Open the portal account, or ask for the vendor packet and have the paperwork in your file before the next package lands.
